So, in addition to being characteristic for tasting excellent tigelle and fried gnocchi, Tigella Bella stands out as a place for using a few simple ingredients in its preparations, such as, for example, vegetable oil, Italian soft wheat flour, yeast , salt and water.
In addition to this, this restaurant, just to ensure that its tigelle and its fried gnocchi can keep their natural authenticity intact , does not use any improvers and, much less, preservatives. Even their cooking takes place at the moment and on special tiles made with the aim of offering the maximum fragrance to the final product.
The Tigella Bella of Milan , therefore, with its offer that can be tasted at will, has brought an energetic wave of the pleasant traditions of Emilian cuisine to the Lombard capital.
In fact, in addition to fried tigelloni, tigelle and gnocchi, you can also taste, on a specially created wooden board, twelve sauces, which provide a choice based on cheeses such as, for example, the heart of gorgonzola, the creamy blue cheese and the squacquerone, as well as of the most complex elaborations such as, by way of example, the beaten lard, but also of the house sauces.
